Dr. Leocadie is a medical doctor and public health specialist with over 23 years of experience in health services and system strengthening in Burundi. She has led child health, nutrition, HIV, malaria, and emergency response programs, with strong expertise in community-based initiatives. At WiGLI, she guides strategic planning, program integration, and staff development, embodying servant leadership and faith-driven service.
