Opportunities | WiGLI - Walking in Grace for Lifelong Impact

Walking in Grace for Lifelong Impact (WiGLI) is a faith-driven humanitarian organization dedicated to improving child well-being and strengthening families in Burundi. Guided by Christian compassion and evidence-based approaches, WiGLI implements integrated interventions in health, nutrition, education, and economic empowerment to address the interconnected drivers of vulnerability.

Through community-based initiatives implemented across five provinces of Burundi, WiGLI supports thousands of vulnerable children, youth, and families. Its interventions promote safe environments for children, access to essential health and nutrition services, mental health and psychosocial support, and the reintegration of out-of-school children into education. WiGLI also strengthens community resilience by supporting youth and women's groups with seed capital for income-generating activities and by providing emergency medical assistance to vulnerable households. These actions aim to build stronger, healthier communities and promote sustainable well-being.

At WiGLI, we are committed, passionate, and proud of the mission we serve. We envision a world where every life is nurtured with dignity, health, empowerment, and the opportunity to reach its full potential.

Promoting the rights and well-being of every child is not just a job, it is a calling and an expression of gratitude to God and to the communities we serve.

WiGLI is also a place where meaningful careers are built. We offer our staff opportunities for personal and professional growth, enabling them to develop fulfilling careers while contributing to a life-saving humanitarian mission that serves those most in need.
